Retirement Educators will keep confidential any inquiry or request for information or services by any individual, company or prospective client. Furthermore, any confidential or proprietary information which is disclosed to Retirement Educators for the purpose of conducting educational services for a client shall be kept confidential.

Retirement Educators also agrees not to solicit, employ or interfere in any way with anyone associated with any of our clients.

A full education service contract will be agreed upon by both parties before entering into any business relationship.
